       Piping Design Engineer 

  • Write engineering work orders for the refinery units' turnarounds to be executed during the unit shutdown.
  • Field job-walk and observation with planners and operators, identify Tie-In points in the field and the P&ID, draw Isometric drawing and complete engineering work order package and submit it for approval.
  • Assist and support the engineering group during turnaround executions.
  • Actively participating in the planning and execution of unit turnarounds, both planned and unplanned, answering technical inquiries, making technical recommendations, providing equipment and system troubleshooting, improving designs engineering tools and developing designs engineering procedures.
  • Interfacing with and supporting the maintenance department, operation, turnaround team, area inspectors, inspection engineers, IMPACT turnaround work processes and Subject Matter Experts (SME) and project engineers to establish priorities for the work and following through with proactive design and execution of mechanical projects and improvements.
