Description

As Executive Secretary to the President & Executive Chairman:
 ·     Reports directly to the President & Executive Chairman.   Performed administrative and secretarial duties with wide latitude for exercising discretion and judgment. Collaborate with various levels of site operations team and management to gather information pertaining to key issues.  Receiving reports from site operations team and extracting all the key issues for review of higher & middle management. Manage general administration functions like transport, stationery, housekeeping, guest house / hotel booking.   Draft correspondence to potential clients, business associates and personal acquaintances for the Chairman. Write speeches for Chairman for social events, cultural associations, school events, etc.  Review, proofread, and edit documents prepared for P&EC’s signature.  Coordinate and facilitate the diary / calendar to arrange appointments, meetings with external clients and government authorities.   Provide update on status of issues and prepare brief for Chairman before scheduled meetings. Make domestic and foreign travel arrangements; apply and arrange visas through respective embassies; prepare itineraries; maintain all travel records. 

As Sr. Manager – Corporate Communications
·         Lead a team of 6 members, Collaborate with media on various levels and initiate ideas to preserve and promote company objectives.  Prepare and edit all kinds of communication material i.e. collaterals to promote and advertise company policy and products.  Guide and encourage inter departmental staff to communicate effectively and achieve company objectives. Draw up promotional plans with the communications and business development teams.   Draft and revise project proposals and presentations, and enterprise ideas for company communications. Draft varied material such as articles, press releases, notices and web content for increasing company’s reach to the general public.  Create / Write / Edit content for Group Brochures, etc.     Represent company in print and electronic media. Drafting press releases and ensuring adequate press coverage of important events in the Group.  Track and review media and legal coverage for the entire Group and report regularly to the senior management.  Upgrade and review consistently company’s texts and promotional write-ups in various sections of the media including the web space. Proof read and edit press releases and other documents to ensure accuracy and consistency. Schedule interviews and media events and help in preparing reports and seeking approval for use of media extracts.   Organize internal events such as training programmes, get-togethers for internal staff and external visitors and VIP’s.
