I am an experienced executive and strategic thinker with 23 years of construction experience. My BIM and digital transformation experience are over 15 years. I have a master’s degree in construction project management program at Heriot-Watt University. I worked in large-scale and various types of construction projects such as residential towers, hospitality, airports, infrastructure and master planning in the UAE, Bahrain and Russia. My major projects are Diriyah Gate Infrastructure, Opera District Towers, Emaar BIM & Digital Twin Integration, Vida Mall, Damac Auto-BOQ System, Aykoncity Towers, Bahrain Airport, Abu Dhabi Midfield Airport, Mina Sultan Qaboos Hotel. I have strong project management and technical solution skills besides my digitalization experience. Architectural design is my personal interest.
I'm an achievement and result-oriented executive. I’ve been working as Director, BIM & Digital Transformation in Dorsch for the last two years. In addition, I worked in Emaar and Damac which are major developers in the UAE. I have 15 years of gulf experience. I integrated the Digital Twin and BIM at Emaar and Damac. I speak English, Turkish, Russian, Greek fluently and Arabic at an intermediate level. I prepare a strategy before start to each task. Digital Twin, IoT, BSI KiteMark, ISO19650, BIM strategies, EIR, OIR, BEP, laser scanning, CDE, COBie, 4D, 5D, 6D energy analysis, sustainability, and 7D BIM are the key subjects in my works. I create strategies for digital transformation and implement new techniques.
